Roads Committee Meeting — Agenda packet

Town of River Falls, WI February 11, 2026 Roads Committee Minutes Committee members present, Brad Mogen, Don Rodewald, Terry Kusilek Staff, Dalton Flick Members with excused absence, Peter Stern, Cole Hanson, Staff Rob Schaar Meeting called to order @ 3:25 pm by Brad Mogen Motion to approve agenda by Don 2nd by Terry, motion approved Motion to approve Minutes of January 14th, 2026 meeting by Don, 2nd by Terry, motion approved There were no Public Comments Dalton gave updates on Road work, Snow removal and Town Shop Furnace installation. Dalton mentioned they hand patched 80 ton of material into potholes last year. A brief overview of the final 2025 budget was discussed as how it pertained to Roads. Discussion on the 6’-20’ (LSSIP) structure grant application was held, discussion evolved around the inventory that was completed last year by Brad and Don. Terry will talk with Chad at Pierce County to see if the inspection of the structures is complete, if so Terry will request an electronic copy for the Town. Terry will also see if Chad feels that we have any structures that would qualify for funding, The current funding is 90% state, 10% local. Road Committee Description was discussed along with a revision of the Roads Committee description into a more formal policy. A meeting date of February 18th @ 9am at the Town Hall was set to watch LRIP , PASSER and WISLER you tube videos. Dalton and Rob were asked to attend. Terry will bring Donuts!
