Joint Meeting - Impact Fee Committee and Town Board — Minutes

Minutes for Joint Meeting with the Town Board, Impact Fee sub-committee and Stantec representative Angela Popenhagen November 19th, 2025. Members present, Terry Kusilek, Brad Mogren, Joe Mahoney, Mary Foster, Marty Ruemmele, Don Rodewald, Jerome Rodewald. Stantec Representative Angela Popenhagen was present. Only agenda item was to review proposed draft of the Needs Assessment and Impact Fee update recommendation. Meeting called to order @ 6:03 pm. Angela went through the entire document and answered questions along the way. Jerome recommended changing the Public Works Facility from the 4900 square foot building to the larger size of 7000 square feet. All members present agreed, Angela will make the change before Dec. 1st meeting. Meeting adjourned @ 7:12pm motion by Brad 2nd by Marty all voted in favor. Minutes by Terry Kusilek
