Roads Committee Meeting — Agenda

Roads Committee Agenda November 13, 2025 The Town of River Falls Roads Committee will meet on November 13th, 2025 beginning at 4:00 p.m. at the River Falls Town Hall, W9015 770th Avenue. Call to order. Consider for approval or other action: 1.Approve/amend agenda. 2.Approve minutes of 9/11/2025 meeting. 3.Public comments and requests. 4.Updates on recent road projects/other–Rob/Dalton: • Saddle Club paving; • Equipment issues; • 750th St (Beldenville Pass); • 710th Ave. sealcoating; • Shop furnace; • Patching progress; • 650th Ave. (Trimbelle Creek Rd). 5.Tree trimming. 6.LRIP grant application status. 7.Review and discuss our current Road Policies/Ordinances: • Right of Way, Roadside, and Winter Maintenance policies and Chapter 8 Public Works. How should we review/update/consolidate? • Culvert sizes; • Town agreements with adjacent Towns/City. Verify they are still accurate and decide if they should be made official policies so they can be reviewed/updated annually. 8.Discuss abandoning a section of 747th St. (Trillium Lane). 9.Continue discussion on the 2026 roads budget. 10.Set date for committee to watch the LRIP , PASSER and WISLER you tube videos? 11.Town Road/address map. Any updates/corrections? • Is 820th St. Sleepy Hollow Road or Sleepy Hallow Road, anyone know for sure? 12.Committee member updates/comments. 13.Future agenda items. Note, I will be gone for the December meeting if we choose to have one. Adjourn
