VILLAGE OF ELLSWORTH DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Goal Setting Retreat Monday, November 24, 2025 Meeting Minutes Meeting was called to order at 4:04 p.m. by Chairperson, Mary Faculak. Members present: Lynn Spearing, Tina Sundelius, Mary Faculak, Chris Randall, Chris Wallace, & Jerry Rasmussen. Also Present: Members absent: Ginny McCallum, Heather Beem, Nathan Swailes Approval of the Minutes: A motion to approve the September 29, 2025 minutes was made by Sundelius, seconded by Spearing. Motion carried by unanimous consent. Treasurer’s Report: There was no Treasurer’s report. The DDA enjoyed a meal provided by the Front Porch Café. Review of 2025 Goals:  Art Walk  Veteran’s Memorial  Clean up down town Area  Acquire lots-Vollmer & Shooks  Wayfinding Signage  Concerts on the Square 2026 Goals:  Create a Social District  Food trucks on downtown lot-“Food trucks on the Breezeway” Last year’s goals were all partially completed. They are ongoing. Discussion was held on how the DDA can assist a young adult with her business plan. Term Expirations:  T. Sundelius and G. McCallum terms ended in 2024  M. Faculak and C. Randall terms expire in 2025 Faculak, Randall & Sundelius will be reappointed. Dillon Sommer or Crystal Windish will be asked to replace McCallum. **A motion to pay half of the petting zoo for Christmas in the Village was approved by unanimous consent via email. A motion to adjourn was made by Wallace, seconded by Randall. Motion carried by unanimous consent.
