NEW BUSINESS Review of 2026 Annual Budget-Q2 and Approval Discussion- Chamber Tourism/Event and Marketing Update ▪ Grilled Cheese Competition -Met sponsorship goal, 61 Competitors registered, 89 VIP Tickets purchased ▪ DodgeFest -All bands have been secured -Marketing planning, including radio and TV ads V. OLD BUSINESS Review of 2026 Annual Budget-Q1 and Approval Discussion- ▪ Bank Accounts reconciled through February -Fluctuation of a couple areas (Staffing, SW Chamber dues, Conference attendance in Spring and Fall) VI.
