CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Called to order at 7:02pm II. APPROV AL OF AGENDA Approval for 12/3/25 agenda Discussion- No amendments III. APPROV AL OF MINUTES Approval of Minutes from October 15, 2025 Discussion- No Amendments IV. NEW BUSINESS Approve proposed 2026 Annual Budget Discussion- ▪ Jenna V ondra provided the proposed budget and a handout defining each event and item. ▪ Stephany Marten asked for clarity regarding the current status of all lodging partners. As of Q3 2025 all are in good standing. V. OLD BUSINESS Approve revisions made to the Tourism Promotion Contract to reflect correct payment dates Discussion- ▪ New dates are 2/10/26, 5/10/26, 8/10/26, 11/10/26 ▪ These new dates allow enough time for the posting and 30 day grace period that lodging partners have to provide payment. VI.
