Minutes September 3, 2025 The Personnel Meeting was called to order by Village President, Robert Spurley, at 4:33 p.m. at the Village Hall. Present: Bob Spurley, Jason Cartwright, Stephen Troester Employees: Alan Schrank, Randy Kitelinger, Mike Silvers, Sue Lindner Proper notice of this meeting was given on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Posted in the 3 locations, Village Hall, Post Office, and Larry’s Station. Discussion on wages and benefits for employees for the 2026 budget year. Motion by Jason Cartwright and seconded by Stephen Troester to go to closed session. Closed Session 4:42 pm Motion by Jason Cartwright and seconded by Stephen Troester to go to open session at 6:48 pm. The personnel committee’s recommendation for the board will be the following raises for 2026. Kitelinger - $1.00 an hour increase Silvers - $1.00 an hour increase Lindner - $1.00 an hour increase Shrank - $1.00 an hour increase Weier – $1.00 an hour increase Faull – $1.00 an hour increase Jackson - $1.00 an hour increase Motion by Stephen Troester and seconded by Jason Cartwright to adjourn at 6:52 pm.
