Special Board Meeting — Minutes

MINUTES March 7, 2024 The Special Board Meeting of the Village Board was called to order by Clerk/Treasurer, Sue Lindner on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall. Denny Rickard made a motion and seconded by John Trace to elect Sarah Brindley to preside over the meeting. Motion passed 3-0. Roll Call: Stephen Troester, Sarah Brindley, Denny Rickard, John Trace. Absent: Bob Spurley, Jason Cartwright, Linda Sudmeier Employees: Sue Lindner, Randy Kitelinger Citizens: None New Business: A) The board discussed hiring Michael Silvers to the position of Public Works Employee. Motion by John Trace and seconded by Stephen Troester to approve hiring Michael Silvers to the position of Public Works Employee. Roll call vote: Stephen Troester- aye, Denny Rickard-aye, Sarah Brindley-aye, John Trace-aye. Motion passed 4-0.
