STAFF REPORTS:
Sewer/Water/Public Works
Randy Kitelinger reported that the sewer plant is doing well. The electric motor on the sander
has been replaced.
Kevin Liddicoat commented that he is switching to LV Labs from the State Lab of Hygiene for
water testing. Five samples sent through the post office didn’t make it to the State Lab on time
and by switching to L.V. Labs we can avoid this. Mueller implement will be locking in the price
on the new lawn mower so that we can purchase it in the spring. The old Ferris will be cleaned
up and sold in the spring.
Police
Alan Schrank reported that he will be issuing warnings/tickets for alternate side parking
violators. He is still working on getting junk removed from yards.
Clerk
Sue Lindner reported that that taxes will be mailed out by Monday December 18th. The PSC
hearing will be held on January 4th and notification was posted in all three places on 12/13/2023.
