Special Board Meeting — Minutes

Minutes October 9, 2023 The Personnel Meeting was called to order by Village President, Robert Spurley, at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Hall. Present: Bob Spurley, Jason Cartwright, Linda Sudmeier Employees: Alan Schrank, Randy Kitelinger, Kevin Liddicoat, Sue Lindner Proper notice of this meeting was given on Thursday, October 5, 2023. Posted in the 3 locations, Village Hall, Post Office, and Larry’s Station. Discussion on wages and benefits for employees for the 2024 budget year. Motion by Linda Sudmeier and seconded by Jason Cartwright to go to closed session. Closed Session 6:49 Motion by Jason Cartwright and seconded by Linda Sudmeier to go to open session at 7:49 pm. The personnel committee’s recommendation for the board will be the following raises for 2024. Kitelinger - $1.15 increase Liddicoat - $1.55 increase Lindner - $1.30 increase Shrank - $0.55 increase Weier – $0.50 increase Faull – $0.50 increase Motion by Jason Cartwright and seconded by Linda Sudmeier to adjourn at 7:59.
