Special Board Meeting — Minutes

MINUTES AUGUST 11, 2023 The Special Board Meeting of the Village Board was called to order by Village President, Robert Spurley on Friday, August 11, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at the Village Hall. Roll Call: Robert Spurley, Denny Rickard, Jason Cartwright, Linda Sudmeier, Jim Wardell. Absent: Sarah Brindley, John Trace Employees: Sue Lindner, Randy Kitelinger Citizens: None New Business: A) The board discussed hiring John Trace Excavating to install a sewer lateral up to Larry D. and Amanda Schultz property line. Motion by Jim Wardell and seconded by Jason Cartwright to approve hiring John Trace Excavating to install a sewer lateral to the property line of Larry D & Amanda Schultz at 147 Babcock Street in the Village of Linden. Roll call vote: Linda Sudmeier-aye, Jim Wardell-aye, Jason Cartwright- aye, Denny Rickard-aye, Bob Spurley-aye. Motion passed 5-0. Motion by Jason Cartwright and seconded by Linda Sudmeier to approve the Baer Insurance Bill Motion carried 5-0.
