Minutes March 8, 2023 Special Planning Commission Meeting The Planning Commission meeting was called to order by Village President Bob Spurley on Wednesday March 8, 2023, at 6:17. at the Village Hall. Present: Jacob Johnson, Sarah Brindley, Bob Spurley, Lois Alton, Doug Rider, Larry D. Schultz, Amanda Schultz Proper notice of this meeting was given on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. Posted in the 3 locations, Village Hall, Post Office, and Larry’s Service & Towing. The commission reviewed the location on the survey map where the Schultz’s want to build their new home. Lois Alton made a motion and seconded by Jake Johnson to allow Larry D & Amanda Schultz to construct a new home on the property. Motion carried 5-0.
