N O T I C E T O C A L L S P E C I A L M E E T I N G C O B B V I L L A G E B O A R D TO: VILLAGE CLERK VILLAGE OF COBB COBB, WI 53526 Pursuant to Section 61.32 of the Wisconsin Statutes, we the undersigned trustees of the Village of Cobb, Iowa County, Wisconsin, desire to call a Special Meeting of the Cobb Village Board to be held on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025 at 4:30 P.M. at the Village Hall, 501 Benson Street, Cobb, Wisconsin for the following: DATE: WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17TH, 2025 SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MEETING 1. Unfinished Business a) Republic Services Renewal Offer 6. New Business a) Village Welcome signs 7. MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION –Consider adjourning to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. secs. 19.85(1) (e) for the purpose of Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically for discussion and possible action on the sale of Village owned real estate. 8. MOTION TO RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION – Committee may consider taking a consensus to return to open session following the closed session to formally dispose of any issues discussed in closed session 9. Any Actions Needed as a Result of Closed Session 10.
