YEAR 2026 BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING 1. Budget Public Hearing a) Public Hearing on 2026 Budget NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.84(3), that the Cobb Village Board will hold a Special Board Meeting on Monday, December 1st, 2025 immediately following the Budget Public Hearing at the at the COBB VILLAGE OFFICE, 501 Benson Street, Cobb, Wisconsin. DATE: MONDAY, DECEMBER 1ST SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MEETING AT APPROXIMATELY 5:35 P.M. 1. Calling of meeting to order. Roll call. Certification of compliance with the open meeting law. 2. Highland Ambulance Service: Operational Plan Change from Advanced Emergency— Medical Technician level to a Flex Plan Operational level b. Review 2026 Village Budget i. Set Village Levy for 2026 ii. Adopt 2026 Village Budget Resolution 2025-05 c. E-recycling Shredding event (Potential date: Saturday April 25 from 9am-11am) i. Pellitteri quote d. Cobb-Highland Recreation Commission i. Dan Baker Resignation (term ending May 1, 2028) ii. Possible appointment of Replacement e. Water/Sewer Locator f. Salt Spinner for Small Plow Truck g. Big Plow Truck out of service - repair/replacement 7. MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION –Consider adjourning to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. secs. 19.85(1) (e) for the purpose of Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically for discussion and possible action on the sale of Village owned real estate. 8. MOTION TO RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION – Committee may consider taking a consensus to return to open session following the closed session to formally dispose of any issues discussed in closed session 9.
