Discussion and consideration on the draft 2028-2029 CIP projects and the timing of Commerce St. and Spruce St. utility and street reconstruction. Water and Sewer Committee recommends Council approval. Action: Recommendation for Council approval 7. Consideration of the 2027 Emergency Medical Services Agreement with the Mineral Point Rescue Squad. Action: Recommend Council action 8. Consideration of Resolution 2026-14, A final resolution declaring intent to exercise special assessment powers relative to the installation of curb and gutter along portions of Commerce St. Action: Recommendation for Council approval 9. Discussion and review of projected 2027 Operating Budget and Fee Schedule 11. Review the Treasurer’s report and monthly bills.
