Special Town Board Meeting — Minutes

Town of New Glarus SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING MONDAY , FEBUARY 24th, 2026 MINUTES Board Members Attending: Chris Narveson (Chair), Matt Streiff, Troy Pauli, Mark Pernitz, and Dan Gartzke. Clerk-Treasurer Darla Kramer. Others in attendance: Rob Ready Held at Bank of New Glarus, 501 1st St., New Glarus WI 53574 1. Chris Narveson called the Town Board Meeting to order at 04:02 PM. 2. Proof of Posting - Clerk Treaurer Darla Kramer attested to proof of posting on 2-23- 2026 at the Town Garage, The Bank of New Glarus, and the New Glarus Post Office. Posted to the website 02-23-2026. 3. Approve Cleary Payment - Motion made by Supervisor Pauli to approve a payment of $125,706 to Cleary Building Corporation for the truss payment on the Town Garage. The motion was seconded by Supervisor Gartzke. All were in favor. Motion carried. 4. Amend Resolution 26-02-23 for Appointment of Election Officials to include all available – Motion made by Supervisor Streiff and seconded by Supervisor Gartzke. All were in favor. Motion carried. 5. Authorized signers, Chris Narveson, Matt Streiff, Troy Pauli and Darla Kramer were added to the New Glarus Bank accounts. Motion made by Supervisor Streiff and seconded by Supervisor Pauli. All were in favor. Motion carried. 6. Motion made by Supervisor Pernitz to adjourn the meeting at 04:12 pm and seconded by Supervisor Pauli. All were in favor.
