TOWN OF NEW GLARUS SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING FEBRUARY 12TH, 2026, 4:00PM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Town of New Glarus Board, County of Green, will conduct a meeting for the transaction of business as is required by law at such meeting as follows: LOCATION: Town Road Shop, 200 Railroad Street, New Glarus, WI Any specific subject on the agenda for consideration by the Board may be acted upon by the Board. 1. Call to Order 2. Confirm Proof of Posting by Clerk Treasurer 3. The Town Board will convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. sec. 19.85 (1)(c) to discuss employment and performance evaluation of an employee over whom the Town Board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Closed Session The Town Board will reconvene in open session pursuant to Wis. Stats. sec. 19.84. Discussion or action on matters discussed in closed session. Adjournment.
