Special Town Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF NEW GLARUS SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING 4:00PM Thursday, February 12th, 2026 Minutes A quorum of the Town of New Glarus Board, County of Green, will conduct a closed session meeting as is by law required permitted at such meeting as follows: In attendance were Chair Narveson, Matt StreiƯ, Troy Pauli, Dan Gartzke, Mark Perntiz (by phone), Clerk Treasurer Amber George and Deputy Clerk Treasurer Darla Kramer. LOCATION: Town Garage, 200 Railroad St., New Glarus, WI 53574 1. Chair Narveson called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. 2. Proof of Posting – Clerk Treasurer Amber George attested to proof of posting on 2-11-2025 at the Town Garage, The Bank of New Glarus, and the New Glarus Positive OƯice. Posted to the website 02-11-2025. 3. Supervisor StreiƯ made a motion to Convene in Closed Session per §19.85(1)(c) to Which the Governmental Body has Jurisdiction or Exercises Responsibility. Supervisor Pauli seconded the motion. All were in favor. 4. Motion by Roll Call Vote to Adjourn in Closed Session. All voted in favor. 5. Move to Open Session – Clerk Treasurer Amber George resigned from her position at the Town of New Glarus. 6. The Clerk Treasurer Amber George resigned from her position with The Town of New Glarus. 7. Supervisor Pernitz made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Supervisor StreiƯ seconded the motion.
