Town of New Glarus SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13TH 2025 MINUTES Board Members Attending: Matt Streiff, Chris Narveson (Chair), Mark Pernitz, Troy Pauli, and Dan Gartzke Also Attending – Deputy Clerk Darla Kramer and Accountant Tara Bast Held at Chalet Landhaus, 801 WI Hwy 69, Conference Room, 2nd Floor, New Glarus, WI Elector Residents Attending: William French, Rob Ready, Harry Pulliam, Richard Johnson, Bill Oemichen, Mary Anne Oemichen, Drew Delforge, Tammy Narveson, and Jason Neton. 1. Chris Narveson called the special town board meeting to order at 06:57pm. 2. Proof of Posting – Deputy Clerk Kramer attested to the proper proof of posting (October 28th, 2025) and publication (October 30th, 2025) 3. Motion by Mark Pernitz to Approve 2026 Budget as Presented and seconded by Troy Pauli. Motion approved by unanimous verbal vote. 4. Motion by Matt Streiff to adjourn meeting at 06:57pm and seconded by Troy Pauli. Motion approved by unanimous verbal vote. Submitted for board approval on the 10th of December 2025. Chris Narveson began the special town meeting of the electors. 2. Proof of Posting – Deputy Clerk Kramer attested to the proper proof of posting (October 28th, 2025) and publication (October 30th, 2025) 3. Motion was made by Chris Narveson and seconded by Bill Oemichen to approve the 2025 levy to be collected in 2026 in the amount of $508,399. Motion passed by voice vote. Number of town electors voting aye ___12______ Number of town electors voting nay __2_______ 4. Motion by Supervisor Mark Pernitz to Adjourn meeting at 6:56pm and seconded by Matt Streiff. Tara Bast explained the revenue and expense lines on the proposed budget for 2026. 4. Questions from the public about the 2026 budget were addressed and answered during the review. 5.
