3-9-26 Ordinance Committee — Minutes

Ordinance Committee Meeting Minutes March 9, 2026 On March 9, 2026, Clerk-Treasurer Linda Kuhlman called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. Members present were Christian Allen and Mike Gehrmann. Trustee Jake Bachim was absent. Mike Gehrmann was selected as chair of the committee. Allen made a motion to recommend approval of changes to Ordinance Section 117-894 B-G general business district. Gehrmann seconded. Motion carried. Gehrmann made a motion to recommend to the board to have the attorney review Ordinance Chapters 24 and 109. Allen seconded. Motion carried. Village staff will consult with DNR on the Urban Forest ordinance. Will send water, grading and erosion control/stormwater ordinances to Strand for review. Committee started reviewing ordinance changes and making changes to take to the Village board. They will need to schedule another meeting. Gehrmann made a motion at 6:29 p.m. to adjourn.
