Hardy, Hawkey, Thompson, Schulz, Mikkelson & Gehrmann were in attendance. Klahn was absent. Get Fit is on hold until September. Mikkelson is going to be taking some classes so we will need to either find a substitute instructor or a different day for Yoga. Food Truck Night for June and July went well. There are only 2 nights remaining – August 19th & September 16th. Summer Youth Recreation is going well – there are only a couple weeks left. Fall Arts & Crafts fair will be held Saturday, August 30th from 9am-3pm. Registration numbers are low. Hardy will post to Facebook again and see if any more registrations come in. Ballet Fall Session: We are still working on dates should have something for next meeting. Hardy informed the group that she will be stepping down as Chair of the Committee. She will also be leaving the committee as a member. She is more than happy to help with things if needed. Hardy’s resignation will be on next months agenda. Thompson made a motion to adjourn. Hawkey seconded. All voted Aye. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 6:20pm
