GREEN COUNTY PROPERTY, PARKS, AND INSURANCE COMMITTEE Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 2:30 PM Green County Historic Courthouse | County Board Room 1016 16th Ave Monroe, WI PROPERTY, PARKS, AND INSURANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES 1. Call to Order The property meeting was called to order by Vice-chair Snow. Members Present: Joe Snow, Larry Kranig, Casey Jones and Pat Silver Members Excused: Dennis Schwartz 2. Approval of Minutes i. Approve the minutes of the July 22, August 13 and 19, 2026 meetings Motion by Jones, seconded by Kranig to approve the July 22, August 13 and 19, 2026, meetings. Motion carried by a unanimous voice vote. 3. Approval of Bills i. Approval of Bills Motion by Jones, seconded by Silver to approve the bills. Motion carried by a unanimous voice vote. 4. Business by the Maintenance Director i. Discussion and possible action regarding 2027 budget Motion by Silver, seconded by Jones to approve the 2027 Property budget. Motion carried by a unanimous voice vote. ii. Discussion and possible action regarding stairs at Historic Courthouse Discussed. No action taken. iii. Discussion and possible action regarding county cash farm leases Discussed. No action taken. 5. Update on County Properties The Maintenance Director provided updates on county properties. No action was taken. 6. Highway Shop i. Presentation and Discussion on Highway Facility Project: Facility Options, Phasing and Budget Presentation of the Highway Facility Project was given by Greg Callin from Kraemer Brothers, Maintenance Director Dick Marti and County Administrator Nic Owen.
