GREEN COUNTY PROPERTY, PARKS, AND INSURANCE COMMITTEE Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 4:00 PM Green County Highway Shop 2813 6th Street, Monroe, WI 53566 PROPERTY, PARKS, AND INSURANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 4:25 by Chair Schwartz. Members Present: Joe Snow, Casey Jones, Larry Kranig, Dennis Schwartz, and Pat Silver 2. Approval of Bills Motion by Jones, seconded by Snow to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried on a voice vote. 3. Sheriff's Office/Jail Project i. Discussion and possible action regarding award of rebid units 8C, 10B, 34 Motion by Jones, seconded by Kranig to award rebidded units 8C, 10B, and 34 to Kraemer Brothers as presented. Motion carried on a voice vote. ii. Discussion and Action on Vapor Mitigation Design proposal Motion by Jones, seconded by Silver to approve the contract for the vapor mitigation system & DNR filings as presented for an amount not to exceed $62,000. Motion carried on a voice vote. 4. Adjourn Motion by Jones, seconded by Silver to adjourn. Motion carried on a voice vote.
