Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Chair Schwartz at 3:00 PM. Members Present: Joe Snow, Casey Jones, Larry Kranig, Dennis Schwartz, and Pat Silver 2. Highway Shop i. Presentation and Discussion Regarding Highway Facility Condition Analysis Maintenance Director Dick Marti and Barry Einbeck, Highway Superintendent, gave a presentation on the conditions of the current highway facilities. Discussion, questions, and answer took place. 3. Adjourn Motion by Jones, seconded by Silver to adjourn. Motion carried on a voice vote.
