GREEN COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES DATE: 8-12-26 TIME: 3:15 pm LOCATION: Public Health Conference Room, Government Services Building, Monroe, WI 53566 The meeting was called to order by Harvey Kubly. Nicole Wilcox, Amy Jo Walter, and Barb Duerst (virtual). Excused: Dr. Julio Rodriguez, Dr. Kelsey Schmidt, and Paula Vestin. Staff: RoAnn Warden, Valerie Reichling, and Ellie Lombardo (virtual) Moved to approve the August 12, 2026, agenda by B. Duerst, and seconded by A. Walter. Motion Carried. Moved to approve the June 10, 2026, minutes by B. Duerst, and seconded by N. Wilcox. Motion Carried. Public Comment: None Moved to approve the Contract Proposal for Support with Performance Management System with Cordova Consulting, Inc, not to exceed $6850 and paid for with PHIG grant. by A. Walter, and seconded by N. Wilcox. Motion Carried. Health Officer’s Report: RoAnn Warden ● June and July program statistics, activities, and Communicable Disease reports were reviewed. Handouts. Confirmed Measles cases in neighboring counties. ● Personnel Update- Part-time Public Health planner position posted. Employee wage increase announced for 2027. Employee participating in Green Co. Leaders class. ● Upcoming Community Events. Handouts for the Clean Sweep event and Community Baby Shower. Moved to approve the Health Officer’s report by N. Wilcox, and seconded by A. Walter. Motion Carried. Moved to approve the bills as submitted by A. Walter, and seconded by N. Wilcox. Motion Carried. A motion to adjourn was made by B. Duerst and seconded by N. Wilcox. Motion Carried.
