Stats., related to the monumentation at various locations in the subject subdivision . Specifically, the point of curvature at the southerly end of the curve identified as C3; and the most southerly point of Lot 5 at the southeasterly end of the curve identified as C8. The former is in a location occupied by concrete and the latter 2 is occupied by an asphalt driveway . You have proposed placing a chiseled X in the concrete at the corner location and setting a Mag Nail in the asphalt at the corner location. The department agrees with the proposed monumentation, and waives strict compliance with the requirements of s. 236.15 (1) (c), as allowed by s. 236.15 (1) (g). The proposed monumentation provides for accurate retracement of the parcel boundaries; strict compliance with s. 236.15 (1) (c) would be unduly difficult.
