Committee members present Quimby, Crosby Leisses, C.Kuhl, Empey, Renforth and Chadwick. Absent none. Others in attendance Alder Thomas; Heather Herron, Joe Herron, Steve Parker, Sarah Dahlke, Shawn Vieth, Zastrow, N. Reynolds, L.Schneider, Duffek Construction, Keith Barnes, Noah, M. Brak and J Schuman. 2) OLD BUSINESS a. Highland House (161 Goehl Rd) Site Plan with Carport Motion [Crosby/Renforth] VOICE VOTE: Motion carried. 3) NEW BUSINESS a. Lush Blooms — Request for Home Occupation Permit. §385-10.2 Home occupation in Residential Districts. Motion to recommend to City Council. Cart must be kept in driveway. No wholesale purchases. Selling only what is grown on property. Seasonal [Leisses/Renforthl] VOICE VOTE: Motion carried. b.
