City of Waterloo, Wisconsin WATERLOO PLAN COMMISSION — Minutes May 26, 2026 PLAN COMMISSION REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING 1) CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Mayor Quimby called the regular meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Committee members present Quimby, Crosby Leisses, C.Kuhl, Empey and Chadwick. Absent Renforth. Others in attendance Heather Herron, Joe Herron, Hailey Leary, Steve Parker, Sarah Dahlke, Shawn Vieth and T. Thomas. 2) APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES: March 24, 2026 Motion [Crosby/Empey] VOICE VOTE: Motion carried. 3) CITIZEN INPUT (3-Minute Time Limit)-none 4) OLD BUSINESS-none 5) NEW BUSINESS a. Lush Blooms — Request to apply for home occupation permit. Discussion if flower business is considered under §385- 10.2 Home occupations in residential districts. Motion to fill out Conditional Use Permit. [Mitch Leisses/C. Kuhl] Will Need building Permit. VOICE VOTE: Motion carried. b. Goehl Rd (2) CSM Aluminis. Tech review by Mitch Leisses then to Council.
