MEETING MINUTES Special Village Board Meeting Village of Palmyra Monday September 28, 2026 100 W. Taft St. Village Hall Meeting Room 6:00 p.m. The meeting was called to order by President Gorsegner at 6:00 pm. Roll call: Ball, Gorsegner, McAllister, Smith, Tucker, Wallace-present. Pfahler-excused Business 1. Tucker/McAllister motion to convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session at 6:08 pm pursuant to §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Specifically, employee evaluations of the Village the Park and Recreation Director and the Fire Chief . Roll call vote: Ball, Gorsegner, McAllister, Smith, Tucker, Wallace- aye. Motion carried. 2. Ball/Smith motion to reconvene into Open Session at 7:58 pm for purposes potential discussion and action on the matters discussed in closed session and/or adjournment. Reconvene to Open Session, with possibl e announcement or determination of closed session discussion. Roll call vote: Ball, Gorsegner, Pfahler, McAllister, Smith, Tucker, Wallace- aye.
