MEETING MINUTES Special Village Board Meeting Village of Palmyra Wednesday September 23, 2026 100 W. Taft St. Village Hall Meeting Room 6:00 p.m. The meeting was called to order by President Gorsegner at 6:00 pm. Roll call: Ball, Gorsegner, Pfahler, McAllister, Smith, Tucker, Wallace-present. Ball-absent Business 1. Wallace/Pfahler motion to convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session, pursuant to §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Specifically, employee evaluations of the Village Clerk/Treasurer, Public Works Superintendent and the Park and Recreation Director. Roll call vote: Gorsegner, Pfahler, McAllister, Smith, Tucker, Wallace- aye. Motion carried. The Rec. Director will not be reviewed tonight as she was unavailable. 2. Tucker/Wallace motion to reconvene into Open Session at 8:26 pm for purposes potential discussion and action on the matters discussed in closed session and/or adjournment. Reconvene to Open Session, with possible announcement or determination of closed session discussion. Roll call vote: Gorsegner, Pfahler, McAllister, Smith, Tucker, Wallace- aye. Motion carried.
