MEETING MINUTES Special Village Board Meeting SPECIAL ILLAGE BOARD MEETING Monday June 8, 2026 100 W. Taft St. Village Clerk’s Office 6:00 P.M. The meeting was called to order by President Gorsegner at 6:00 pm. Roll call: Gorsegner, Pfahler, McAllister, Smith, Tucker, Wallace-present. Ball-absent. Business 1. Smith/McAllister motion to approve “Class B beer/liquor License” for Christopher and Sarah Siebeneich, N7177 Woodfield Ln, Whitewater, WI. 53190, Seven oak Hospitality Group LLC, dba Seven Oak Public House, Palmyra Bowl, Fin & Louie’s Pizzeria at 300 W. Main St. Palmyra, WI. 53156. Sarah Seibeneich – Agent. All ayes-motion carried. 2. Smith/Wallace motion to approve operator’s applications for Christopher and Sarah Siebeneich. All ayes-motion carried. 3. Wallace/McAllister motion to approve the special events application for the Palmyra Recreation Dept. for the June 19th Music on Main Event for vendors with former vendors being grandfathered in, a $20 charge to new vendors, and set number of non-profit vendors spots to be determined at the discretion of the Recreation committee. All ayes-motion carried. Wallace/Smith motion to adjourn at 6:27 pm. All ayes-motion carried.
