MEETING MINUTES Village of Palmyra SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MEETING Thursday Sept. 25, 2025 Village Hall 100 W. Taft Street 6:00 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Village President Tim Gorsegner at 6 pm. Roll call: Ball, Deichl, Gorsegner, Petruska, Smith, Wallace, Tucker-present. New Business 1. Smith/Wallace motion to approve the application for a Class “A” Beer and “Class A Liquor” Retail License- for Bhramdyaal Singh, 8309 S. 68th Street Franklin, WI for the premises located at 117 Taft Street, Palmyra Food Mart LLC, DBA as Palmyra Food Mart, Village of Palmyra. Bhramdyaal Singh – Agent. All ayes-motion carried. 2. Petruska/Ball motion to adopt Ordinance 2025-03 abolishing the Municipal Court of the Village of Palmyra. This will be effective at the end of the Judge’s term in April of 2026. Court will remain in effect until then. Officer LePak spoke and updated the board. Roll call vote: Ball, Deichl, Gorsegner, Petruska, Smith, Wallace, Tucker-aye. Motion carried. Smith/Petruska motion to adjourn at 6:15 pm. All ayes-motion carried.
