MEETING MINUTES Village of Palmyra PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING Tuesday, September 23, 2025 Village Hall 100 W. Taft Street 6:00 PM The meeting was called to order at 6:08 pm by Chairperson Jennifer Tucker. Roll Call: Wallace, Diechl, Tucker – Present. Old Business 1. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Personnel Committee of the Village of Palmyra may convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation date of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Village of Palmyra will meet to negotiate collective bargaining with the Village of Palmyra Protective Service Officers Association, WPPA. Wallace/Diechl motion to go into closed session at 6:09 pm. Roll call vote: Wallace, Diechl, Tucker – aye-motion carried. 2. Diechel/Wallace motion to convene into open session at 8:01 pm pursuant to §19.85(2), Stats., for possible additional discussion and action concerning any matter discussed. Roll call vote: Wallace, Diechl, Tucker – aye- motion carried. 3. Discussion/possible action on the evaluation forms for the Village employees. Evaluation forms were reviewed as well as discussion on the evaluation process and timeline. Scott Diechl and Stephanie Wallace will review the forms and have any adjustments or suggestions made by October 6th, so finalization of the forms and process can be reviewed at the next COW meeting.
