Presentation from Keller Inc. regarding their services and our Public Safety Building. 2. Discussion/possible action on the Fire/EMS Contract. 3. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Palmyra may convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Specifically, the Fire/EMS contract with the Town of Palmyra. 4. You are further notified that at the end of the Closed Session, the Board may convene in open session pursuant to §19.85(2), Stats., for possible additional discussion and action concerning any matter discussed. Adjournment This is the agenda for the 9/04/25 Village Board meeting as of August 29, 2025 and is subject to modification prior to said meeting pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Meetings Law.
