Consider and possible action regarding the developer’s agreement with Autumn Ridge North subdivision b. Consider and possible action regarding the developer’s agreement with Autumn Ridge IV-Gremar c. Consider and possible action on request from Impact General representing Top Dock-North Road parcel #012- 0816-2222-003 requesting to install a new mound septic system per county code within Utility District #1 until such time when sewer service is provided to the property d. Consider and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-9 Providing for the sale of approximately $3,095,000 General Obligation Promissory Notes, Series 2026A e. Consider and possible action regarding request from Ixonia-Concord Explorers to stake a trail heading north/south along the west side of the drainage ditch adjacent to Fireman’s Park softball field f. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; and (f) Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations, to discuss the Fire Chief. The Board may reconvene in open session to consider and take possible action for the items discussed in closed session. 12. Adjourn Note: At times, items on the agenda may not be taken in the same order as they appear. Members of other governmental bodies (boards, commissions, committees, etc.) may attend the above-mentioned meeting of the Town Board to gather information. The only action to be taken at the above-mentioned meeting will be actions by the Town Board.
