Posted: 12-23-2025 OFFICIAL NOTICE OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN OF IXONIA Ixonia Town Hall, W1195 Marietta Avenue December 29, 2025 – 5:30 pm 1. Call to Order & Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Public Comment – Persons wishing to speak will be allowed three (3) minutes to address the board. 4. Unfinished Business: a. Consider and possible action regarding payment request #25 and final from Staab Construction in the amount of $81,341.00 for the new WWTF b. Consider and possible action regarding payment request #9 and final from Super Excavators in the amount of $71,450.00 for the lift station project c. Consider and possible action regarding payment request #6 and final from Super Excavators in the amount of $28,142.46 for the force main project 5. Closed Session: You are hereby notified that the Board of Supervisors of the Town of Ixonia, following all regular business, will convene into closed session. The purpose of the meeting and the fact that the Board intends to convene in closed session for the below-delineated purposes. Upon motion duly made and seconded and acted upon by the majority of the members present as required under §19.85(1)(a), Stats., t he closed session will take place which may be attended by the Town Board and staff. The purpose of the meeting is to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Under §19.85(1)(c), Stats. Specifically, Fire/EMS Chief 6. The Board may reconvene into Open Session pursuant to SS. 19.82 for purposes of potential additional discussion and/or action on matters discussed in closed session and for adjournment (the Board retains the right to adjourn in closed session in the event it does not reconvene into Open Session). 7. Adjourn Note: At times, items on the agenda may not be taken in the same order as they appear. Members of other governmental bodies (boards, commissions, committees, etc.) may attend the above-mentioned meeting of the Town Board to gather information. The only action to be taken at the above-mentioned meeting will be actions by the Town Board.
