Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department and/or Jefferson County Supervisor Report 7. Unfinished Business: a. Update on Kem Tech’s industrial waste 8. New Business: a. Consider and possible action regarding the 2026 fee schedule, Resolution 2025-9 b. Consider and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-10, approving the Lake Country Municipal Court Budget for 2026 c. Consider and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-11 Parking restrictions: to include no overnight parking d. Consider and possible action regarding approving the 911 joint powers agreement with Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department e. Consider and possible action regarding approving James Fleming as a new paid on call firefighter f. Consider and possible action on appointing Election Workers for the 2026-2027 election cycle (list attached) g. Closed Session: You are hereby notified that the Board of Supervisors of the Town of Ixonia, following all regular business, will convene into closed session. The purpose of the meeting and the fact that the Board intends to convene in closed session for the below-delineated purposes. Upon motion duly made and seconded and acted upon by the majority of the members present as required under §19.85(1)(a), Stats., t he closed session will take place which may be attended by the Town Board and staff. The purpose of the meeting is to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Under §19.85(1)(c), Stats. Specifically, Wastewater Operator, Clerk/Treasurer, Fire/EMS Chief 11. The Board may reconvene into Open Session pursuant to SS. 19.82 for purposes of potential additional discussion and/or action on matters discussed in closed session and for adjournment (the Board retains the right to adjourn in closed session in the event it does not reconvene into Open Session). 12. Members of other governmental bodies (boards, commissions, committees, etc.) may attend the above-mentioned meeting of the Town Board to gather information. The only action to be taken at the above-mentioned meeting will be actions by the Town Board.
