Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Public comment -- Persons wishing to speak will be allowed three minutes to address the board. 4. New business a. Discussion and possible action on amending language of town ordinance Chapter 2 Article IV Division 1 Sec. 2-156 (b) to align with State Statutes. b. Discussion and possible action to remove from the Plan Commission members who have not been confirmed for a new term. c. Discussion and possible action to designate a Plan Commission chair, vice-chair and secretary pursuant to town ordinance Chapter 2 Article IV Division 1 Sec. 2-156 (c). d. Discussion and possible action to approve placement of Morris Memorial in Fireman’s Park e. Discussion of timeline for approving 2026 town budget. f. Update on hiring of new fire chief. 5. Upcoming meetings. 6. Adjourn. Note: At times, items on the agenda may not be taken in the same order as they appear. Members of other governmental bodies (boards, commissions, committees, etc.) may attend the above-mentioned meeting of the Town Board to gather information. The only action to be taken at the above-mentioned meeting will be actions by the Town Board.
