TOWN BOARD MEETING AGENDA Posted: April 11, 2025 Ixonia Town Hall April 14, 2025 W1195 Marietta Avenue 7:00 p.m. Ixonia, WI 53036 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board, County of Jefferson, will conduct a meeting for the transaction of business as is by law required or permitted at such meeting pursuant to the notice requirements of Wisconsin Statute 19.84 public notices for its regular meeting. 1. Call to Order, Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance 2. Proof of Posting and Notice 3. Awards presentation by the American Legion Post 91 for Firefighter and EMT of the year - Ethan Brockway and Trevor Seidl 4. Approval of Minutes: March 10, 2025 5. Public Comment (Agenda Items) – Persons wishing to speak must sign in and will be allowed three (3) minutes to address the board. 6. Treasurer’s Financial Report: March 2025 7. Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department and/or Jefferson County Supervisor Report 8. Unfinished Business: a. Amendment #3 to the Donohue & Associates contract for engineering services regarding the water reclamation facility b. Change order #5 from Staab Construction in the amount of $28,712 for additional work at the water reclamation facility c. Payment request from Donohue & Associates in the amount of $36,291.07 for work completed at the WWTP 9. New Business: a. Consider and act on scoreboard donation from Ixonia Youth Baseball for Ski Slide Park b. Consider and act on dugout donation from Ixonia Youth Baseball for Ski Slide Park c. Consider and act on request to farm 3 acres of town owned land on Elmwood Lane next to the transfer site by Alex Jeager d. Consider and act on Class “B” fermented malt beverage license application for Ixonia Knights Baseball; N8345 Park Street-Ryan Lipovsek, Agent 10. Staff Updates a. Fire & EMS 1. Monthly report – March 2025 2. Discussion and action on Wendel Group invoice for space needs analysis study for the department 11.
