AGENDA Town Board Meeting Ixonia Town Hall March 10, 2025 W1195 Marietta Avenue 7:00 p.m. Ixonia, WI 53036 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board, County of Jefferson, will conduct a meeting for the transaction of business as is by law required or permitted at such meeting pursuant to the notice requirements of Wisconsin Statute 19.84 public notices for its regular meeting. 1. Call to Order, Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance 2. Proof of Posting and Notice 3. Approval of Minutes: February 10, 2025 and Special Town Board Meeting February 24, 2025 4. Public Comment (Agenda Items) – Persons wishing to speak must sign in and will be allowed three (3) minutes to address the board. 5. Treasurer’s Financial Report: February 2025 6. Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department and/or Jefferson County Supervisor Report 7. Unfinished Business: a. Discussion and possible action on 2025 sewer connection fee update – Resolution 2025-04, presentation by Ehlers b. Discussion and Action on choosing a potential future site for the Department of Public Works Operations c. Discussion and Action on awarding bids for the 2025 road projects d. Payment request #23 from Staab Construction Corp. in the amount of $4,000 for the new WWTP e. Payment request from Donohue & Associates in the amount of $71,806.01 for work completed at the WWTP 8. New Business: a. Discussion and action on Ordinance 2025-01 Repealing and recreating portions of Chapter 30 of the Town of Ixonia Code of Ordinances – Utilities b. Closed Session PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ixonia Town Board will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session with staff, pursuant to §19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats: Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility – Fire Department 12. Reconvene into Open Session SS. 19.82 For possible additional discussion and action concerning any matters discussed in closed session 13.
