AGENDA Special Town Board Meeting Ixonia Town Hall January 20, 2025 W1195 Marietta Avenue 6:00 p.m. Ixonia, WI 53036 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board, County of Jefferson, will conduct a meeting for the transaction of business as is by law required or permitted at such meeting pursuant to the notice requirements of Wisconsin Statute 19.84 public notices for its regular meeting. 1. Public Comment (Agenda Items) – Persons wishing to speak must sign in and will be allowed three (3) minutes to address the board. 4. Treasurer’s Financial Report: December 2024 5. Unfinished Business: 6. New Business: a. Auditor Jeff Osvog of Johnson Block to present the 2023 Audit Report b. Consider and Act on letting bids for 2025 road projects, Marrietta Avenue, Hillendale Drive, Division Street, Swansea Drive, Cardiff Lane, and Rock River Road c. Consider and Act on Purchase of 2025 tri-axle plow truck d. Consider and Act on payment of WEX fuel bill 7.
