Continued Discussion and Action regarding a request by Ski Slide Storage LLC for outside parking expansion of additional 33 outside storage sites at N7777 Ski Slide Road, PIN #012-0816-2534-004. 4. Discussion and Action regarding a request by Chad Coomer to allow for a 15 00 sq ft, 24 ft height extensive on-site storage structure for personal use in a C-zone at W230 Madison Ave, parcel #012- 0816-2513-015. Property is owned by Chad Coomer and Kasey Dieter. 5. Discussion and Action regarding a request by Station Ixonia LLC for conditional use to allow an eating and drinking place to be added to the gas station located at W1168 American St., pin #012-0816-2224- 000. 6.
