Special Village Board Meeting — Minutes

Reedsville Village Board Special Meeting Minutes Wednesday, September 24, 2025 1. Call to Order The special meeting was called to order on by President Siebert at 5:30pm on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at the Reedsville Village Hall. 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll call Present: Trustees Bubolz, Hansen, Parsley, Kasbaum, Fox (arrived at 5:41 PM), Siebert. Absent: Trustee Maertz Others Present: Clerk/Treasurer Stiefvater, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Hillmann, Police Chief Schend, Police Officer Tisler, DPW Jason Maertz (arrived at 5:49 PM and departed at 6:15 PM) 3. Public Input/Visitors: None 4. Discussion was held regarding the 2026 Proposed Village Budgets 5. At 6:30pm a motion was made by Trustee Hansen and seconded by Trustee Kasbaum to go into Closed Session Pursuant to WI Statute Section 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance of any public employees over which the Village of Reedsville has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This pertains to the police department. Roll call indicated as follows: Ayes – 6; Nay -0. Absent– 1, motion carried. 6. At 7:30pm a motion was made by Trustee Hansen and seconded by Trustee Fox to go into Open Session Pursuant to WI Statute Section 19.85(2) for possible decision. Roll call indicated as follows: Ayes- 6; Nays-0; Absent-1, motion carried. No action taken. 7. Upcoming Meetings The regular scheduled board meeting will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 6:00pm. 8.
