Special Village Board Meeting — Minutes

REEDSVILLE SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MEETING Monday, August 25th, 2025 6:00 pm Minutes 1. Call to Order The special meeting of the Reedsville Village Board was called to order on by Village President jack Siebert on Monday, August 25, 2025 at 6:01 PM. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Roll Call Present were: Trustees: Bubolz, Maertz, Parsley, and Siebert. Absent: Trustees: Fox, Kasbaum, and Hansen 4. A motion was made by Trustee Maertz and seconded by Trustee Parsley on Visu-sewer Pay Application #6 (Final) in the amount of $21,243.88. Roll call indicated: Ayes-4; Nays-0; Absent- 3. Motion carried. 5. A motion was made by Trustee Maertz and seconded by Trustee Bubolz to approve the Ayre’s Invoice for USDA RD project work in the amount of $2,055.00. Roll call indicated: Ayes-4; Nays-0; Absent- 3. Motion carried. 6. A motion was made by Trustee Maertz and seconded by Trustee Parsley to approve the Well #3 Electrical work by J Miller. Roll call indicated: Ayes-4; Nays- 0; Absent-3. Motion carried. 7. Adjournment: A motion was made by Trustee Bubolz and seconded by Trustee Parsley to adjourn the meeting.
