Convene into CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to WI State Sec 19.85 (1)(f) considering financial, medical, or social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific person which if discussed in public would likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data or involved in such problems or investigations. Closed session is in regards to customer water bill. 12. Reconvene into OPEN SESSION. Motion carried 6-0 13. Convene into CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to WI State Sec 19.85(1)(g) to review legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advise concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
