3800 MISHICOT VILLAGE BOARD Special Meeting July 29, 2026 CALL TO ORDER President Samz called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Present: Trustees Brenda Yauger, Al Beranek, Terri Brouchoud, Judy Ferry, Bernie Samz, John Franz and Sue Scheinoha Absent: None Officials Present: Clerk Kathy Reissmann Others Present: Gretchen Adair NEW BUSINESS A. DISCUSSION/APPROVAL OF EXTENDING THE PICNIC LICENSE FOR MAGIC Gretchen Adair was present to request to extend the picnic license for MAGIC as the ball season will be another 2 weeks and they’d like to keep selling concessions during that time. Discussion was held. Trustees Brouchoud/Ferry moved to approve extending the picnic license for MAGIC until August 6, 2026. Motion carried. B. DISCUSSION/APPROVAL OF UTILITY/EXCAVATION PERMIT APPLICATION/FEE An application was presented that was provided by Ruekert & Mielke for the utility/excavation permit application along with the fees for projects depending upon the size of the project. Discussion was held. Trustees Beranek/Brouchoud moved to approve the new utility/excavation permit application/fee as presented. Roll call indicated: Ayes-7, Nays-0, Absent-0. Motion carried.
