Special Meeting
November 12, 2025
CALL TO ORDER
President Samz called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
Present: Trustees Theresa Becker, Al Beranek, Bruce Boettcher and
Bernie Samz.
Absent: Trustees John Franz, Judy Ferry and Ryan Rezek.
Officials Present: Clerk/Treasurer Kathy Reissmann and Chief Paul Granger.
Others Present: None
NEW BUSINESS
A. DISCUSSION/APPROVAL TO APPROVE RESOLUTION 2025-11, ADOPTING 2026
BUDGET
The 2026 Budget and Budget Summary were presented along with Resolution
2025-11, Adopting 2026 Budget in the amount of $596,516.00. Trustees
Boettcher/Beranek moved to approve Resolution 2025-11, Adopting 2026 Budget
in the amount of $596,516.00. Roll call: Ayes-4, Nays-0, Absent-3. Motion carried.
ADJOURN
Trustees Becker/Beranek moved to adjourn at 6:13 pm. Motion carried.
