• He and DPW Director John Tulachka were looking at the security camera

is asking the board if they wish to have a lockbox on the security system.
The board thinks the system should be secured and he should have it put in.
• Trustee Judy Ferry questioned the lighting at the MCAC being on so late.
Discussion followed on the park hours being until 11 pm, the time that the
lights go off but the board feels that there needs to lights on during park

safety reasons.

President Bernie Samz
• Was questioned whether the village has a smoking policy for the MCAC. He
asked the clerk to find out and she gave him the smoking ordinance, chapter

be put up and designate a certain smoking area at the MCAC.

into what needs to be updated. The board thinks we should update the
ordinance to be in compliance.
