MISHICOT VILLAGE BOARD Special Meeting April 10, 2025 The Mishicot Village Board special meeting was called to order by President Samz at 4:30 p.m. at the Village Hall. Roll call indicated Trustees Becker, Beranek, Boettcher, Ferry, Franz, Rezek and Samz were present. Clerk Stiefvater was also present. President Samz led everyone in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance. A motion was made by Trustee Boettcher to approve the Class “B” picnic license application #10 Mishicot Area Ambulance Fish Boil and operator’s license #2024-92 Jill Ahl, seconded by Trustee Ferry. All in favor, motion carried A motion was made by Trustee Becker, seconded by Trustee Boettcher to adjourn at 4:32 pm until the next regular meeting on April 15, 2025. All in favor, motion carried.
