Board of Review — Minutes

BOARD OF REVIEW- May 12, 2026 The Town Board of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, convened in open session on May 12, 2026 at 6:55 p.m., at the Town Hall for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the 45-day period beginning on the 2nd Monday of April, pursuant to s. 70.47, Wis. stats. Chairman Joe Havlovitz called the meeting to order. Present: Chairman Joe Havlovitz, Sup. Nick Propson, Sup. Anthony Shibler and Clerk Susan Kornely. Confirmation of appropriate Board of Review and Open Meeting Notices. Due to the fact that the assessment roll is not completed at this time, it is anticipated that the Board of Review will be adjourned until June 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. On a motion by Sup. Shibler and seconded by Sup. Propson, moved to adjourn until June 22, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Motion approved on a vote of 4 in favor.
